Lead Coach

It is my pleasure to introduce myself, Mrs. Humphries, as the Lead Instructional Coach at Mollison. I have had the privilege of being part of the Mollison family for the past ten years. During my first seven years, I served as a third-grade teacher, where I developed a deep passion for nurturing student growth and academic achievement. Now, in my third year as an instructional coach, I am excited to continue my work in a new capacity—coaching and supporting teachers to enhance their instructional practices. Together, we are committed to driving student success and creating a dynamic learning environment for all.
